Kia Ora Miia-jade!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for taking part in this Summer Learning Journey activity with me and the rest of your class. How did you find it?
I really appreciate all of the things you'd like to give to a family in need from the 1930's— like money, the latest dresses and sweaters as well as delicious food. People in Aotearoa didn't experience Japanese cuisine for decades! Imagine tasting something completely foreign for the very first time? How would you react?
Please do keep writing in Te Reo; I'll work at responding as best I can in Te Reo, too.
I look forward to reading more of your work when the SLJ kicks off on the 17th (that's only 4 days away... eeek!)
Kia kaha and have a great day!
Jordan
